In conjunction with the Duke of York’s Cinema, there will be a special showing of the Oscar-winning film Man on Wire on Tuesday 21st April in aid of Another London Road.

Another London Road (ALR) is a campaign to stop a Tesco mega -store with a 950-space car park being built on Preston Circus right opposite the Duke of York’s.

ALR believes that another future is possible. One that has a vision that is shaped from within the community, serving our needs rather than those of big business and distant share holders, that promotes local business, reduces traffic and pollution and maintains diversity.
