Class Struggle Forum: How do we resist the crisis?

When - Tuesday 6. October from 5:00pm until 6:15 pm .
Where - Sussex university Russell Building RB09 (find it on a map) .
Organised by - Class Struggle Forum.

The crisis was not caused by us, and yet we are forced to “share the pain”. Last week, the CBI asked for tuition fees to be raised to £5,000 yearly, yet many student are looking at long-term unemployment when we finish. Those who have jobs, are asked to work longer for less money, and accept cuts to public services. However, across Britain and the globe, people have fought back. In this introductory meeting, we will be discussing the questions of how we can defend ourselves in the face of the coming onslaught, where the crisis came from, and anything else you ever wanted to know about class struggle!

Brighton Class Struggle forum is made up of activists, and students from a broad background, based around the need to debate the common issues and tactics which face all of those who wish to fight for a better world. It is a forum where those from different traditions and organisations are able to come together, and find new ways of productively working together to further our aims.
