Food for US is a 30 minute student made documentary which goes digging into the whys and wheres of why food is rubbish on campus. Quite literally. From the boxes we dig out the bins to the shiny websites, we pick apart how food comes together on campus. Made over the last six months this film now comes out on the back of management’s own catering review which is directly challenged. Food is changing at Sussex for better or worse. If you eat, and you care, come to one of the screenings on through next week.
There will be a free glass of local cider for everyone at the opening screening!
There will also be two more screenings.
