Glastonbury's union-organised Left Field stage is holding an 18 hour marathon warm up show in Brighton two weeks before the festival in support of Rock Against Racism. The event kicks off at noon at Coalition on Brighton beach, before moving over to Komedia from 6:30 for an evening of the finest Leftfield live entertainment, then back to Coalition for the final blast through from midnight to 6am – plus a second late night show at the Joogleberry Playhouse. Local trade unions will be giving information and inspiration throughout, as well as campaigns for social justice, public ownership and civil liberties.
AFTERNOON: Open mic, comedy, surprise live bands and collaborations, samba from Carnival Collective and exclusive preview of Rock Against Racism feature film Who Shot The Sheriff?
EVENING: The Thirst, Frank Turner (ex Million Dead) with the Krak, Attila the Stockbroker (compère), The Perils
